How do I manage or cancel Planty Premium?
To manage or cancel Planty Premium, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I restore Premium on a new iPhone?
In Planty, open Settings, tap Explore Premium, then Restore. Use the Apple Account you subscribed with.
What can I do without Premium?
Keep one plant in your garden, identify three photos in all, and open two care guides from search a day.
Where are my plants kept?
On your iPhone only. Deleting a plant, or the app, deletes them.
Can Planty tell me if a plant is safe for my pets?
Planty shows one of three answers, toxic, non-toxic or unknown, and says where it comes from. Unknown never means safe. If a pet may have eaten part of a plant, contact a veterinarian at once.
